WAUWAU Chilli Mill is the most popular product from WAUWAU Manufacture.

The aim of this new development in the chili grinder market was to produce a grinder that could grind the whole pepperoncini pod, without having to to have to grind before filling. The grinding process is also entirely focused on the pod and works on a completely different principle than the pepper grinder. The pod is not ground into powder, but "torn" into flakes.

Tearing it into flakes thus creates a more fruity taste experience and at the same time avoids clogging the grinder, since the pod itself is dried (i.e. "crunchy" dry), but the seeds of the fruit are relatively oily and therefore smear.

With the lever on the mill, the amount of grind can be wonderfully portioned and everyone can individually determine their degree of sharpness of the food.
