Our chili grinder

Freshly grated, well dosed!

The chili grinder of the WauWau chili mills is produced here in our own workshop in Vienna. The chili grinder is designed for dried chili peppers - these are not ground as in a pepper grinder, but the pods are torn, including the seeds.
We recommend to place the grinder on the dining table like a pepper mill, anyone who wants it hot, i.e. spicy, turns the grinder and freshly torn flakes trickle out. And be careful: the more revolutions, the spicier the food!
