Lemon pepper- do you have to know it?

If you want to refine your cooking, expand it with flavor nuances or just try something new, the lemon pepper offers itself as a taste experience virtually! Lemon pepper, as it is available in our store, usually consists of organic Tellichery pepper mixed with the peels of dried lemons. The lemon peels have been gently dried and are now crisp hard - ideal to be put into the grinder along with the pepper. A few turns of the WauWau mill and the lemon pepper trickles out freshly ground. This mixed spice has on the one hand the fresh, slightly bitter note of the lemon peel, on the other hand the sharpness of the pepper.

This goes well with various dishes, such as avocado salad, with fish or even with pasta dishes. There is no limit to the imagination, try it out is the motto!
