Easter over - what now?
There are still some hard boiled Easter eggs left, so it was time to cook an egg spread.
In the video a quick recipe that has often proven itself at home. The finished spread can then be seasoned with nutmeg(Polly Molly nutmeg grinder) or rub a few chili flakes over it(hotchili grinder). I also like to refine with colored pepper. Have fun cooking!
