What many do not know: Pepper has an incredible variety of flavors!

Barbara Weissbacher(Barbara's kitchen) grills on the Teppan plate and combines fine dishes with the flavors of different organic pepper varieties (of course freshly ground from the mill!).
We will taste different varieties, including colored pepper, lemon pepper and long pepper.
