Burger craft with WauWau
Burger craft with WauWau: attempt#1
To fry a proper, down-to-earth burger was the goal. This required the purchase of a meat grinder, but as the saying goes, if you buy cheap, you pay twice. Around the corner I bought a cheap meat grinder on sale and the result was laborious mincing work. But finally the Laberl lay then nevertheless on the Teppanplatte ready for grilling.
We think a good purist burger includes above all:
Beef, various pieces (no lung roast!) finely minced,
white pepper from the WauWau mill,
salt and sprinkle with orange zest.
A patty placed briefly on the plate;
and onion, caramelized and deglazed with vinegar.
That's it. You see for yourself in the video, have fun!
