Wiri Wiri Chili oder auch Kirsch Chili,

hat ein wunderbar fruchtiges Aroma, ist aber ähnlich scharf, wie der Bird Eye Chili.
Getrocknet funktioniert er sehr gut in der WauWau Chilimühle, die ganze Schote wird in Flocken gerissen.
Auch am Tisch (oder besonders dort) mittels Mühle gut zu dosieren: wer mehr dreht an der Kurbel hat es schärfer!
Und ist dann selbst schuld.

Wiri Wiri Chili, also known as Cherry Chili,

has a wonderfully fruity aroma, but is similarly hot to the Bird’s Eye Chili.
When dried, it works very well in the WauWau chili grinder, where the whole pod is ground into flakes.
It’s also easy to use at the table (or especially there) with a grinder: the more you turn the crank, the spicier it gets!
And then you only have yourself to blame.
