Green Tiger Pepper Malabar

Green pepper is harvested unripe and gently air-dried. It is therefore very mild, but quite aromatic and spicy. There are dishes where you do not want any sharpness, but do not want to do without this delicious pepper aroma - at breakfast, for example. There this tiger pepper - here, however, a gentle tiger - is a wonderful companion to any meal where pepper flavor is required.
