Chocolate pepper

The chocolate pepper comes from a wild collection from Nepal and is always out of stock. Unlike the classic long pepper, it is somewhat milder, but has a chocolaty note.

It grinds well in the WauWau mill, the normal long pepper should be broken into slightly smaller pieces, but the chocolate pepper fits wonderfully as it comes out of the package.

This pepper goes well with desserts, but also invites experimentation. Since it is not particularly spicy, the cook can not do anything wrong - on the contrary: the surprise effect is on his side!
