The organic pepper green is the mildest in taste.
Our organic pepper green comes from a smallholder project PDS in India, is harvested unripe and then traditionally air-dried. Thus, this pepper is milder in taste than the classic black pepper, but still has the spicy pepper note. I use this pepper when I do not want to have so hot, for example, at breakfast on the soft egg, there fits wonderfully the peppery, but just not so hot. Since you get the green pepper on the road also rather rare, I fill my constant companion, the travel pepper mill Mini with this pepper. He actually fits every dish and has a very full flavor.
