Organic green pepper from India was cold smoked over beech smoke for several days in Germany.

Green pepper is green because it was harvested unripe, so it has little pungency, but is aromatically peppery. The fine smoky aroma is good to use with grilled food and also with cheese - freshly ground at the end, just before serving.
