Shakshuka

Shakshuka - not just a hangover breakfast!

This time Fabian Held is in the WauWau kitchen and shows us his version of shakshuka.
This oriental dish actually lives from the spices - and of course from the fresh tomatoes.
However, we in Vienna (in the middle of winter) only get glass tomatoes, so we add high-quality tomato pulp from the can.

After chopping the vegetables into small pieces, they are comfortably stewed in the pan. With the spices, the dish gets an oriental touch and a wonderful southern aroma. Last but not least, the eggs are positioned - put the lid on and let it set. However, this last step is more beautiful and reliable in the preheated oven, it also goes much faster. Not unimportant for a hangover breakfast.

Have fun with the re-cooking!
